EU Regulation 2016/679 applies to the protection of natural persons’ data with regard to processing of personal data, and to the free movement of such data. The following information is provided under art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of processing data on natural persons is the Silver Economy Network relationship.
How we use personal data
The Data Processing is carried out by the Association employees, with or without IT systems or other automated systems, and will include all activities strictly involved with this processing
Mandatory or optional data conferral and consequences of refusal
Data on natural persons is required in order to implement the Network relationship, and refusal to confer data may result in inability to implement or the partial implementation of all of the planned activities.
Recipients or categories of recipient to whom data will be disclosed
Processed data shall be disclosed to the Network Promoter Committee to fulfil institutional, statistical and informative requirements.
How data is stored
Data on natural persons will be stored until the end of the terms of filing as required by civil laws, after which the data will be irrevocably deleted.
Data transfer to foreign countries
Data is not subject to transfer abroad.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject is entitled to data access, rectification, erasure and to restriction of processing (articles 15 to 18 of Regulation EU 679/2016). Should the Data Controller fail to execute the requests, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Piazza di Montecitorio 121, 00186, Rome (RM).
